Refund Policy

Order Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product enters the shipping or production phase. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Return Policy We accept product returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (including return shipping) at most once; no restocking fees will be applied.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
